Who can be an influencer on Influence ID Marketplace?

Anyone with a social media account can join as an influencer on Influence ID Marketplace!
There are two influencer categories that define your profile type: Amplifier and Creator.

Amplifier
Influencers who boost campaigns by actively engaging through comments, likes, and shares.
- At least 20 followers on TikTok or 100 on Instagram
- Minimum 1 post for TikTok or 3 posts on Instagram
- Clear profile picture & proper name
- Public account (not private)

Creator
Influencers who craft engaging content to share stories, promote products, or recommend services through photos and videos!
- At least 500 followers on TikTok or 1,000 on Instagram
- Minimum 3 TikTok posts or 9 Instagram posts
- High-quality content creation and able to communicate well on content

How do I register as an influencer on Influence ID Marketplace App?

Download the Influence ID Marketplace app from PlayStore or App Store, then follow the simple registration steps right in the app.

Do influencers need to verify their account ownership on the Influence ID Marketplace App?

Yes, influencers need to connect their social media account by adding a unique code to their latest post caption or bio. Once the verification are successful, you can immediately join campaigns.

How do I verify my social media account on Influence ID Marketplace?

Instagram Account Verification
1. Make sure your Instagram account is public and has at least 100 followers.
2. Enter your Instagram username and click the ‘Hubungkan' button.
3. Copy the unique code and paste it in the caption of one of your latest posts or on your bio.
4. Click ‘Verifikasi Akun', and the system will process the verification within a few minutes.
5. You’ll receive a notification once your account is successfully verified.

TikTok Account Verification
1. Make sure your TikTok account is public and has at least 20 followers.
2. Enter your TikTok username and click the ‘Connect’ button.
3. Copy the unique code and paste it into your profile bio.
4. Click ‘Verifikasi Akun’, and the system will process the verification within a few minutes.
5. You’ll receive a notification once your account is successfully verified.

I failed while doing verification my Instagram and TikTok account during registration, what could be the reason?

We prioritize the experience and quality of our influencers. Please ensure you meet the following requirements when registering:

1. Have at least 20 followers on your TikTok account or 100 followers on your Instagram account.
2. Your account must be set to public account and not categorized as restricted account.
3. Enter your social media username exactly same during verification process to avoid verification error.
4. Do not change your social media account username or remove the unique code added to your caption or bio until the verification process is complete.

Why is my account categorized as an ‘Amplifier’ influencer even though my content and followers already meet the qualifications of a content creator?

All new influencers start as Amplifiers. If you meet the criteria, our system will upgrade you to Creator—and even Star Creator.

If I’m an Amplifier, can I join Creator projects?

To join Creator-only projects, you need to be in the 'Creator' category.
If you stay active in projects and keep creating informative content, your account can be promoted to Creator.

How can I become a Creator?

Our system will review your account based on the following qualifications:
- At least 500 TikTok followers or 1,000 Instagram followers
- Minimum 3 TikTok posts or 9 Instagram posts
- High-quality content (clear photos/videos + proper captions)
- Actively join Influence ID projects

What is Star Creator?

Star Creator is a specially curated Creator who frequently joins projects, has a high project completion rate, and receives great reviews from brands.

Every Creator has the chance to become a Star Creator, which means more opportunities to collaborate with brands running projects on Influence ID Marketplace app.

Does Influence ID Marketplace support only Instagram and Tiktok as campaign platform?

Influence ID Marketplace also runs projects on YouTube, X (Twitter), and other work that requires Influencers to help promote services or products.

Influencers who has Youtube or X account able to participate in a projects which conducted on YouTube or X.

Are there any deductions from my earnings?

No, your earnings are already inclusive of taxes and platform fees. The only cost you’ll incur is a 7,500 rupiah bank transfer fee for each withdrawal.

How long does it take to withdraw my earnings?

Your earnings will be added to your account balance within a maximum of 5 days after you submit all tasks in the project.
Once your balance reaches at least Rp50,000, you can request a withdrawal, which will be processed within 24 hours.

On which platforms can I run campaigns with influencers registered on Influence ID Marketplace?

 

You can run campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, depending on which social media platforms the influencer uses and is available for collaboration.

 

How do I start an Influencer Campaign on Influence ID Marketplace?

 

1. Register and verify your account first.

2. Once verified, log in and create your project brief.

3. Publish the brief and top up credits according to your campaign budget.

4. Select influencers who apply to your project, or invite influencers using the Influencer Search feature.

6. All content performance reports from influencers will automatically appear in your project dashboard.
